We don’t take work we can’t do well. Below is the entire scope of what ValleyTreePros offers — pricing is per-property and quoted free after we walk it with you.
Hazardous, dead, leaning, or just in the wrong place.
Most of what we do is the careful kind — rigging trees out piece by piece off houses, fences, and power lines. We use proper climbing gear and we don’t take shortcuts. Open-yard fells we’ll drop with a wedge and a saw if there’s room.
Wood gets bucked and chipped on site. Brush hauled off the same day. Stump grinding is available as an add-on; we’ll quote it together.
Pruning that keeps the tree healthy for the next twenty years.
Trimming is a craft — done poorly it wrecks a tree. We follow ANSI A300 standards: proper cut locations, no flush cuts, no lion-tailing, no topping. We take out the deadwood, raise the canopy where it needs it, and shape young trees so they grow well.
Best window for most trimming is late winter, but we’ll handle clearance and storm work year-round.
Weekly route or one-off cleanups — your call.
We run a tight mowing route across Frederick and Shenandoah counties. Half-acre town yards, two-acre ridge properties, and the occasional rough pasture brush-hog. We bring our own gear, mow at the right height, and don’t leave clumps in the lawn.
Spring and fall cleanups are a big share of our work — leaves, sticks, gutters, beds, the whole exterior reset.
Estimates are free, written, and given in person. We don’t quote tree work over the phone — we want to see it.
